Green Leafy salad with Microgreens

Do you ever feel cravings for dipping your fork into salad between meals? At those moments, do not regret for not having enough time or tasty and quick recipe at your hand. This quick and yummy recipe will be done within 10 minutes and surely satisfy your appetite.


  • 2 pieces of radish and carrot

  • 1 cherry tomato

  • 2 large handful of rinsed and dried lettuce, baby rocket leaves and Swiss chard leaves.

  • ½ cup of rinsed microgreens of your preferred variety. If you confuse to choose right variety for you, check out our top 10 nutrient rich microgreens.

  • Olive oil

  • Champagne vinegar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper


Step 1: Rinse all the veggies thoroughly. Take a knife and julienne carrots, slice radishes and cut tomato in half. Here, I use cherry tomato. You can use vegies on your preference.

Step 2: In a large salad bowl, mix the vegetables and add the leaves one by one.

Step 3: In another small bowl, to make the dressing take champagne vinegar first. Sprinkle some black pepper and salt as per your taste & whisk together. While whisking, add extra virgin olive oil slowly.

Step 4: Add the enough amount dressing to the salad bowl to coat the vegetable and leaves properly.

Step 5: Place the salad in your serving plate, garnish with fresh and tender microgreens and serve immediately with mayonnaise.
